Daniel Hunnicutt graduated from University of NC Asheville in 2003 with a degree in political science and literature. Graduated cum laude with a departmental distinction in political science.  Also won the political science department’s Chairman’s Award for community service. Graduated from USC School of Law in 2007.  Was on the Dean’s List and won a CALI award for Labor Law.
